First Visit Guide
- Please arrive at reception at least 15 minutes before your workout
- Bring a valid ID document
- Our team will introduce you to the club and facilities
- You will receive a personal membership card
What to Bring
- Comfortable sportswear
- Clean indoor sports shoes (required)
- Workout towel
- Water bottle
- Slippers and Swimsuit for the Relax area
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday and Public holidays: Closed
Platinum Health Club Rules
- Use a towel on every machine
- Return weights to their places after use
- Wait your turn for equipment
- Do not use phones in the training area
- Match your current fitness level and physical condition to the exercises you choose to perform
- Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms
- Shower before using the Relax area
- Platinum Health Club allows children in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the instruction of the staff
Health Tips
- Consult a doctor before starting any training program
- Warm up for at least 10 minutes before intense training
- Drink enough water before, during, and after workout
- Don't train on an empty stomach
- Listen to your body and avoid overexertion
- Take rest days between workouts
Nutrition Recommendations
- Eat light 1-2 hours before workout
- Consume protein within 30 minutes after training
- Avoid heavy meals before workout
- Stay hydrated throughout the day
